Jody Radtke, Partner at Evolution, is an executive coach and facilitator supporting leaders, teams, and organizations in thought leadership, mission alignment, and innovation for over 25 years. Committed to inclusive and creative cultures, Jody has supported national organizations through mergers and reorganizations and has shepherded local start-ups through the awkward and sometimes painful development into organizational maturity. She has worked with leaders and teams at Slack, YouTube, Nuna, UberElevate, Icebreaker, the Denver Leadership Forum and Minerva BC. 

In addition to her coaching and facilitation experience, Jody has been leading executive retreats and expeditions for over 30 years all over the world including a recent trek to Mt Everest base camp.  She has operational experience in program development, management, marketing, and recruiting. She is a lead facilitator of leadership development for the MBA and Executive MBA programs at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business with emphasis in building effective teams, communication, emotional intelligence, collaborative problem solving and ethical leadership. Additionally, Jody is an adjunct faculty in the Graduate School of Psychology at Naropa University.

Jody holds a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership from the University of Wisconsin. She seamlessly blends the wisdom of Eastern philosophies and contemplative practices with Western principles of human development and organizational leadership. She has additional training and experience in working with trauma and has worked with military personnel and their families.

Jody is a Founding Board member of the Canadian Adaptive Climbing Society and is a certified Wilderness First Responder. Jody lives with her wife and dog near Vancouver, BC where she enjoys skiing, SUPing, rock climbing, trail running, and mountain biking.
