She is passionate about working with entrepreneurs, innovators, founders and visionaries who aspire to lead with humanity and courage.
Adele’s work has spanned across Entertainment, Venture Capital, Media, Gaming, Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, eCommerce and Fintech. Prior to joining Evolution, she held Chief People Officer and HR executive positions at Clique Brands, Riot Games, JP Morgan Chase, Reformation, and TechsStyle FG. Adele was also the founder and principal of ARC consulting where her clients included: Checkr, Zillow, TrueCar, Nextroll, Thrive Market, Saviynt, Weedmaps, GumGum, Kickstarter, Jiko, Bold Capital, Herbivore, March Capital, Minerva and More. She is a board member with Women Founders Network and an advisory board member with All Voices, PeopleTech Partners, Abstract, Strive (acq by Franklin Covey) and Roots (acq by Deel).
Adele holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in international business from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Western Washington University. Adele is a Chopra Global certified holistic Ayurvedic coach, holds advanced certifications in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and in Somatic Leadership from the Strozzi Institute. She is also a certified Leadership Circle 360, MBTI and Harrison Leadership Assessment facilitator.
A native of the Seattle area, Adele grew up near the cascade foothills and has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and mother earth. She loves hiking, camping, traveling, photography and is a self identified bird-nerd, dog lover and 90’s rocker. Adele splits her time living between the Pacific Northwest and Santa Fe.
