Society is evolving and organizations need to evolve along with it.

Building awareness around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Sustainability (DEIS) and putting it into practice is a skill every organization has the opportunity to develop to enact meaningful change.

We employ transpersonal, inquiry-based, and somatic approaches to help organizations and the individuals who comprise them find their path to healing and reforming through DEIS work. At Evolution, we believe that humans have an infinite capacity to heal and that addressing trauma allows us to move into action.

From embodying new skills and choices that come from awareness, every leader can best guide their actions and evolve their organizations toward more inclusion and equity. Inclusion is what brings diversity to life. We believe that when companies build a culture of inclusion you can feel it. This feeling can be perceived in all aspects of a company’s culture -- leadership and executive presence, interactions between colleagues, idea generation, and ultimately business results.

We hold complexity and nuance around DEIS work, and we tailor our approach to meet organizations where they are. Through addressing all three dimensions of business - the I (intrapersonal), the WE (interpersonal) and the IT (systems), our approach fosters systemic and sustainable change. Through close partnership, we will design a DEIS strategy that fits the organization’s needs, which may include 1:1 coaching, group and team coaching circles, workshops, and/or training.

Topics we may cover include:

DEIS Fundamentals, Unconscious Bias, Intersections of Oppression, Somatic Awareness, Difficult Conversations, Systemic Racism, Allyship, Sustainability & Biological Diversity

Ongoing DEIS work helps organizations:

  • Become a place of true safety and belonging for all employees

  • Grow a truly equitable, inclusive and engaged culture

  • Allows deep sense of connection of values and action

  • Creating more resilience by having many diverse voices in decision making
