Alexei began his journey at Evolution in July 2019, supporting the firm’s three Managing Partners. Today, as the Brand & Communications Lead, he's at the helm of Evolution's wide-ranging marketing operations. Resonating with Evolution's foundational values, Alexei leverages his diverse expertise in digital campaigns, content strategy, and PR to amplify the company's ethos and impact. His strategy combines creativity and analytics, ensuring Evolution's voice reaches and resonates with its audience.
Harnessing his deep grasp of the digital media space, Alexei has led initiatives that have expanded the brand's social reach and has directed PR campaigns reaching an audience of 146M across major publications, solidifying the company’s position as one of Inc.'s 2022 Best in Business.
Alexei holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is working on his Digital Marketing Certification. Alexei was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and immigrated to California with his family at the age of 4. He now resides in Seattle with his partner and their 4-lb Yorkie, Harper. When he’s not working, you will find Alexei traveling the world, binging the Real Housewives series, or grooving to the latest pop hits.
