Amy is a leadership coach, facilitator, and consultant who works with founders, leaders, and leadership teams, making space for the important but not always urgent work where change and growth happens. She has worked with founders and leaders at startups, scale-ups, creative agencies and educational institutions in the UK and the US. Through her coaching, Amy creates spaces where her clients can reflect, challenge themselves and their understanding, and engage in difficult conversations, whether in a one-to-one or group setting.

Amy combines her coaching experience with an operator background, including 8 years at Slack where she moved from customer experience to building, growing and leading the App Directory team from its inception in 2015. While at Slack, she gained first-hand experience managing change and leading through hyper growth as the company grew from fewer than 50 people through IPO to acquisition by Salesforce, allowing her to understand the challenges, opportunities, and stresses of working in a high-growth and fast paced environment.

Whether in one-to-one coaching or while facilitating an offsite, Amy brings deep listening, curiosity, and somatic practices to help her clients gain new insight into their selves and their work, shift their thinking, and transform the way they lead. She supports those she works with in making lasting change in their lives, from individuals finding more joy at work and purposefully engaging in difficult conversations to teams creating deeper levels of trust and more intentional spaces for collaboration.

Amy is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and holds a Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice as well as certifications in Body-oriented and Self-Belief coaching. She lives in Scotland with her husband and their cat, and loves reading, learning a new hobby every few months, and going on forest walks.
