Dan Doty is a Partner at Evolution, executive coach and consultant, wilderness guide, somatic meditation teacher, and master group facilitator. He has a reputation as a critical problem solver and thought partner to founders, leaders and teams wrestling with intractable problems. Dan specializes in co-founder alignment, healing toxic leadership environments, and guiding teams back into health, trust, and high performance. His clients include YouTube, Ebay, the AFL, Stanford Business School, SCA Health, Summit, Match Group, and Casper.

Dan has spent time as a wilderness therapy guide, an inner city high school teacher, and a media executive with Zero Point Zero Productions. In 2017,  Dan co-founded EVRYMAN, a global organization promoting men’s emotional health and wellness. He has given talks around the globe on topics of masculinity, leadership, and human connection. 

Dan is also the founder of Fatherhood Unlocked and is the host of the Fatherhood Unlocked podcast, a platform offering community, support and education fathers in the midst of social change. He is a 3 time guest of the Joe Rogan Experience, has been on the Today Show, and his work has been featured in the NY Times, Men’s Health, GQ, and the Washington Post.

Dan lives on the coast of Maine with his wife and 3 young children. He is a buddhist practitioner and is happiest in the mountains, on the water, or in the garden.
