Jason, Partner at Evolution, is a lifelong student of leadership and personal growth believes that good leaders can change the world. After his own career in the military and strategy consulting, he discovered his calling as a coach and set out to find and serve these leaders full-time. Today, Jason works with CEOs and senior leaders on themes of empowerment, scaling their impact, resilience, authentic leadership, and emotional fitness.

He works with high-potential, driven individuals who will dig deep for what they want. His style of coaching isn't for everyone. It can be challenging and uncomfortable at times, but it is rewarding. Jason has experienced firsthand the power of taking the time to invest in personal growth and is energized at the opportunity to do this with others.

In his coaching, Jason draws on leadership training from his 15-year career in the US Army as an infantryman and intelligence officer, nearly a decade of strategic problem-solving experience from consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton and McKinsey & Company, and a deep well of personal development work that has been his long-standing passion. He received his economics degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Yale University.

In addition to 1:1 development, Jason also leads CEO peer groups and works with groups on themes of high-performing teams and breakthrough leadership. He is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, EQ-i 2.0, and the EQ360 instruments. When he's not coaching, you can find him writing on topics of leadership, tinkering with startups, planning his next adventure outdoors or abroad, or recording indie folk music.
