Jeanine, Partner at Evolution, coaches, consults, and speaks on collaborative leadership, empowering her clients to innovate and sustainably scale their impact through strong relationships and thriving organizational cultures. She has worked with leaders in corporations and nonprofits, including Amgen, Google, Cisco, Lean Startup Productions, ParadigmIQ, the World Bank, the Aga Khan Foundation, Conveners.org, WorldPulse, MedZed, and O’Reilly Media.

In addition to coaching and consulting, Jeanine is a sought after international speaker having appeared at the Global Innovation Summit, OD Network, Clean Tech Open, Momentum Accelerator, Wisdom 2.0, the Conference Board, Leading Women in Tech, and SOCAP. She has also edited a supplement in the Stanford Social Innovation Review focused on cross-sector leadership and authored multiple pieces including “The Need for Cross Sector Collaboration” and the “Essentials of Cross Sector Leadership.”

To empower her clients, Jeanine leverages her expertise in collaboration.  She has led teams to negotiate and close thousands of transactions on four continents for organizations ranging from rapidly scaling startups to Fortune 500 Companies. She has taught Negotiation and Collaboration for over a decade at Stanford and now at UC Berkeley.   Her work is also influenced by current research findings in emotional intelligence, neuroscience and positive psychology. Jeanine engages a potent combination of clear frameworks, research based practices and fierce support to encourage her clients to lead authentically, compassionately and creatively when it matters most – even in the midst of conflict.

Jeanine holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BA from Tufts University, focused on Social Movements and Peace and Justice Studies. More personally, she delights in her curious 2 year old daughter, international travel, hiking, skiing and learning from a great book, conversation or adventure.
