Explore holistic ways of approaching a goal, challenge, or self-development with horses. This retreat will let you explore and expand access to your own internal wisdom. Enjoy a series of hands-on equine activities that will allow you to expand your ability to have the sparks of awareness necessary to create new patterns, behaviors, and ways of being. They accelerate the self-awareness required to create new behaviors in how you communicate, delegate, pursue goals and lead as a whole. Equus coaching helps leaders to quickly clarify and refine their leadership vision and style. Horses provide immediate, clear and nonjudgmental feedback, offering us an opportunity to experience whether our own communication is clear or incongruent. No horse experience necessary!
