Sandra Ortiz, Partner at Evolution, is a passionate and dynamic facilitator and executive coach who brings her vast experience in talent management, leadership development, team development, and culture transformation to create breakthrough results for her clients. Sandra is recognized for her deep organizational development experience, intuition, and ability to easily connect with and bring multi-generational and diverse workforces to work together more harmoniously and productively.

She works with tech start-ups and established organizations to deliver executive coaching to senior leaders, leadership development programs for management at all levels, and executive team offsites to advance business strategies. She has over 20 years of experience advising C-Suites and senior executive teams in global and matrix organizations operating in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. She also has over two decades of experience designing and facilitating curricula along with facilitating team offsites for increased levels of collaboration and engagement.

​Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Human and Organizational Development, is a certified professional coach through New Ventures West (ICF accredited), and is bilingual in Spanish. Additionally, she is certified in several leadership development tools, including DiSC, MBTI, Enneagram, ESCI (Emotional Intelligence), 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. She is the creator of Confident by Choice™, a leadership development program to help women discover and amplify their leadership voice, confidence, and power.
