Stephanie (they/them/theirs) joined Evolution in September 2017 as the EA to co-founders, Geoff and Matt, and now serves as a member of the Leadership Team as Head of Community & Communications. With 10+ years of operational management & leadership experience in various service industries, for both small quickly scaling businesses and major international companies, Stephanie brings a varied and highly adaptable set of skills.
While serving as Geoff & Matt’s EA, Stephanie quickly established themself as a key team member by identifying and creating process for a rapidly growing business. Stephanie now focuses on developing and implementing policy & procedure, managing internal communications, and leading the Core team. A true Jack of All Trades, Stephanie also handles all of the logistical planning and operations for Evolution’s internal and external retreats.
Stephanie moved to Los Angeles in 2014 from St. Paul, MN where they attended Hamline University. They are the proud parent of a rescue Pitbull named Ziggy. On their offtime Stephanie can be found hiking or on the beach with their partner and Ziggy, watching a Formula 1 Grand Prix, or on the hunt for excellent coffee & pastries around the Westside of LA. You can pretty much always find Stephanie with a strong cup of coffee in hand.
