Terry’s coaching practice builds on her 25 years of executive-level operating experience and communications advisory to CEOs and business leaders from Fortune 100, growth stage and venture capital firms. As a coach, she serves as a mirror, a support system, and an accountability partner to leaders on their path to growth and success. Terry leans toward the hard stuff, there in side-by side partnership with her clients in discovering what’s possible.
With a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Business Management from San Diego State University, Terry has also studied leadership development in executive education programs at Stanford University, Harvard Business School and University of Cambridge. She’s served as communications chief at Cisco Systems, Slack Technologies and Intel Corporation.
