Tiffini joined Evolution's Finance Department in 2022 by way of a winding career path that took her through customer service, theatrical design, dental administration and other fields that includes over 10 years in various leadership roles. Always on the search for new challenges and ready to learn new things, she accepted a position with Evolution in a whole new career path. Here she has found a company whose mission, culture, and values align with her own personal philosophies around work-life balance, professional and personal growth, and community.
Tiffini grew up in Southern California and Kentucky before pursuing a degree in theatre at Bradley University where she earned a BS in Theatrical Arts with an emphasis on Costume Design. Since then she has called Chicago home, where she lives with her husband, two dogs, and over 40 houseplants. She is an avid reader, loves crafting and digging in her garden. She is also passionate about pinball, playing in two local leagues and competing in several tournaments a month.
