Travis, Partner at Evolution, is a Coach and Workshop Leader based in Vancouver BC. His practice today is primarily on coaching and advising CEO’s and Senior Leadership Teams to have greater impact and build the kinds of companies and teams most leaders only dream of. He is a skilled facilitator, strategist and loyal advisor.
He has worked with companies like Expedia Corp, Mathenax, Back in Motion, Parkland, BC Hydro, Made By Pacific, Pay by Phone and Spekkit to name a few. Travis also has a wealth of experience in strategy development and organizational decision-making and has spent time working both internally and as an external advisor in these areas.
Travis is known by his clients for his light-hearted approach paired with an ability to take clients places they couldn’t take themselves. He is admired for being light on theory and heavy on action.
A lifelong student and a powerful, yet humble teacher, Travis believes his work has not only the power to transform leadership, but in doing so, help solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
Before starting joining Evolution, Travis spent a decade consulting, delivering workshops, and coaching high-level leaders across North America. He has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of leaders to help them reshape their impact in the world.
He holds a Masters degree in Resource Economics from the University of Denver, a bachelor’s in Economics from Simon Fraser University and has certifications in Embodied Leadership, Culture and Leadership from various organizations.
Travis is based in North Vancouver, Canada where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
